We developed a 506-unit purpose-built student accommodation in the beautiful city of Maastricht, featuring shared amenities such as bike parking, a locker service, a community kitchen, a gym, study and workspaces, and lush gardens. This project was realized through close collaboration with a dedicated development team focused on optimizing both the user experience and investor interests.
